Rosebank House is located in Strathyre in the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park. Strathyre is situated in central Scotland a little over an hour's drive from either Edinburgh or Glasgow airport. Strathyre is eight miles north of Callander on the A84, 19 miles from Stirling and 31 miles from Perth. Rosebank House is situated towards the north of the village on the right heading north. For cyclists, we are on National Cycle Route 7 which runs from Glasgow via Drymen and Pitlochry to Inverness.

The nearest train stations to Strathyre are Dunblane and Crianlarich both of which are about a half hour's drive away. There is an hourly bus service between Dunblane and Callander and a rather less frequent service between Callander and Strathyre. A taxi from Callander to Strathyre costs about £12.
