Rosebank House is a spacious, Victorian bed and breakfast located in Strathyre, west Perthshire on the eastern edge of The Trossachs, a little over an hour's drive north of Edinburgh and Glasgow. Strathyre, the first village in the highlands, is situated on the river Balvaig in a valley beneath forested hillsides and makes a perfect base for a short break or holiday. We are well located for walking, cycling, fishing and golf and exploring much of central and northern Scotland.
Our Rooms
The Forest Suite is completely self-contained and comprises
3 rooms: a triple bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Pricing is on a 'per person' basis and we are happy to let the suite as a twin or double
for 2 people when required.
The Garden Room is a large double/twin en-suite room overlooking the garden.
The Mountain Room is a double en-suite room overlooking the Balvaig river.
The Rose Room is a twin room with a new private bathroom close by. It is
a quiet room with pleasant views overlooking the garden.
Note that the Mountain and Rose Rooms have a (lockable) interconnecting door and can be let
together as a family room for up to 4 people travelling together.
